Great shot, good use of filters to create a dramatic waterscape. The colors especially are just great. :)

Perhaps the image is a bit soft though. I noticed the 1/3s exposure. Did you have a good tripod with you? Using sturdy tripod and self-timer or remote would help quite a lot (I don't think D70 has mirror lock-up). Also perhaps slight sharpening would help there.

Thanks a lot for the critic, I actually do all the thing that you said, mostly because d70 doesnt have mirror lock up it creates a vibration and my tripod is very cheap and not really that stable when compared to Manfrottos, cheap and light makes it easier to carry around.

Also the cokin filter sets blur the image a bit in my opinion they are the cheapest and the least quality brand. But they also are the only ones found in my country. if i can find i wish to move to hitech filters. They are not that much expensive and provide decent quality
