Wicked! ya where is this from? How did you get such great colors (saturation bump)?? My canon Takes color saturation away, are nikons better?

It is from Istanbul, Turkey. Five minutes walk from my house. First of all for the sky and some part of the sea I used cokin's p125S tobacco filter. thats how I got the reddish orangeish tones. For the color saturation, I guess it is the gift of the long expose. then some simple post processing. like levels and contrast.
